Open Desk calculates dates and assembles letters from what your agency enters. It does not decide whether a record is public. The open-records officer does. Use does not create an attorney-client relationship. Confirm deadlines, citations, and the appeals address against 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 to 67.3104 and the current Office of Open Records fee schedule before you send.
