Privacy
A privacy policy and a data processing addendum are not published on this site yet. Ask SPARK for them before an agency puts live requests in Open Desk.
What the product does today: each agency's requests stay in that agency's part of the database. Open Desk does not send those files to Open Docket. A question on the home page stores the name, work email, agency, and question you type. That form does not send email. The calendar feed is a private address for one signed-in person. Anyone with that address can see the deadline list, so do not post it.
